During recent decades technological learning has been a basic topic in different industries so that it can have a remarkable role in developing technology, especially for developing countries In fact, this is technological learning, which determines to what extent countries in the face of new technologies are able to work well. To accelerate companies’ technological learning, understanding its effective factors is important so that aidscompanies and industries. According to the literature of technological learning, there are variables that can promote, guide and strengthen it. Generally, these factors can be classified into two groups that in this project, five internal factors and nine external factors with their sub-factors were extracted from the literature.

Strategic Perspective on the Factors Influencing the Commercialization and 4Market Entry in Iran with MetaSynthesis

Commercialization is one of the important steps in the innovation development process, converting research and invention to a marketable product. On the other hand, the influence of several indicators on the process of developing commercialization should be studied and identified. Considering the importance of the issue, the aim of this study was employing comprehensive approach and strategic perspective to identify indicators of commercialization in Iran. For this purpose, in this study, meta-synthesis approach was employed to analyze other researchers’ results and findings. With comprehensive studies conducted on factors influencing commercialization in scientific databases, 38 articles were eventually identified. Results in three basic dimensions of organizational close environment and far environment were classified,containing 16 subsidiary dimensions and 34 components. The results show that in organizational dimension contributing factors include management, human resources, corporate strategy, financial and organizational relationships as well as product specifications. in the close environment, various stakeholders, customers and competitors should be regarded. Furthermore, ultimately in the far environment, there are regulatory, social, governance, structural, political, economic and technological factors.

An Investigation of the Compliance of the Abstracts of Persian JournalArticles Approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology with Abstract-Writing Standards (ISO 214)

In this study, 300 abstracts of the publications approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology were investigated according to the abstractingstandard, ISO 214, using the descriptive-survey method and Cochran’s sampling in five areas of humanities, basic science, technical science and engineering, art and architecture, natural resources, agriculture and veterinary.
At first, through studying the abstracting standard ISO 214, the researcher specified 9 criteria in content and style and then evaluated each article by preparing a check-list. A zero (0) point is defined for non-compliance criteria and one (1) point for compliance criteria. After the investigation, the journal’s total points in accordance with the international standard ISO 214 were computed. The findings indicated that the compliance of the considered journals with ISO 214 is totally 88/66%. Furthermore, the rank of the articles’ criteria, using active verbs and avoiding abbreviations were considered 100% in all investigated abstracts. Then, the goal of research with 95%, using the third person pronouns with 94%, describing the results with 70% and explaining the research method with 55%.

A Framework for the Development of Professor-Ph.D. Student Relationships in Knowledge Generation

This Study was conducted to provide a framework for the development of relationships between professor and Ph.D. student in the generation of knowledge in higher education using a review-analytical method. For this purpose, at first, potential reasons for the lack of effective interaction and communication between professor and Ph.D. student in higher education were extracted and characterized through a relatively comprehensive research within studies and the literature related to the topic, and therefore, a framework for the development of relationships between professor and Ph.D. student was presented. The dimensions of this framework include: 1) Professional competences and interpersonal factors related to professor, 2) Professional competences and interpersonal factors related to the student and 3) Management and organizational factors. Finally, based on the proposed framework, strategies and tactics to improve and develop relationships between professor and Ph.D. student in higher education were presented.

Web 2 Application and Services and Information Community

This study ocused on the application and use of web 2 technologies and information literacy. The new service of webproviding users’ necessary information has recently a difficulty for information center officials in understanding their position. These services, which are called web 2, have certainly great effect on the society services and provide new models and methods, contributing to improvinginformation center services. In addition, the wide use of these services leads to cultural differences among users; differences, which relate to information gathering, communication styles and expectations. This study utilized the descriptive-analytic and documentary methods in order to specify the most important use of web 2 services and their necessity in information literacy. There are a number of web-based services and applications, depicting the fundamental concept of web 2. These services include wikis, weblogs, RSS resources, podcasts, mashups, flickres, social networks, social search, collective intelligence and so forth Web 2 influenced the field of community, and promised a novel change in the near-future web 2 information center. The advent of this concept will change the atmosphere of the electronic information community and will provide novel forms for the resources of electronic community. This causes the community to be accommodated with such activities so that decision-makers should adopt some serious strategies in the application of the building blocks of web 2. Web 2 is a prevailing subject in communities. Web 2 is finally a social phenomenon, including the web users' experiences in web using. The nature of web 2 is determined by an open communication, authority elimination, as well as freedom in web content sharing and reuse.

Competences of Faculty Members in the International Interactions

One of the most effective components in the international interactions of universities is human capital, which has essential knowledge, competence and skills. On the other hand, a university can play a constructive role in the competition and interaction with other universities when it has qualified human resources in order to achieve the goal. In the meantime, faculty members as one of the crucial human resources at universities, can play an important role in this regard. The purpose of this study was to identify the competencies of faculty members in international interactions. To achieve this goal, researchers employed the document analysis method and qualitative content analysis to review the models and existing researches related to the competencies of international faculty members and the competencies of faculty members in the international interactions. Based on content analysis method, the competency model of faculty members in the international interactions was developed. The result of the research demonstrated that the competencies of faculty members exist in international interactions including, cross-cultural, international communication and teamwork competences.

A Bibliometric Analysis of the Journal of Rahyaft

The aim of the present study was the quantitative analysis of 58 articles from Rahyaft Journal. Analytical-descriptive method and bibliometric analysis were adapted. The study population included all documents of Rahyaft Journal since their publication (1992) to spring-summer of 2015. The results indicatea low cooperation of female (18%) and high cooperation of male (81%) in providing articles. Tehran University had the greatest scientific cooperation with this journal. The average of published articles in each issue was 13.1. Citation to English articles and resources was at the highest level among various resources. 760 documents were published among which 5168 were Farsi and 2515 were EnglishAmong 760 documents, 566 authorship, 114 translation, 55 reports and 25 introduction and criticism of book were published by 1028 people. Fazel Larijani was the most active author as well the most active translator by publishing 13 articles and 8 translated articles. The faculty members were among the most active authors in creating the documents of this journal.
