پژوهش‌های مرتبط با شایستگی‌ها اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های ایران (مرور نظامند مدل‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارها)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف فراتحلیلی بر پژوهش‌های شایستگی‌های اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های ایران انجام شده است جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضرشامل 2712 کار پژوهشی با عنوان هیئت علمی دانشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت با جست و جوی دقیق تر کلید واژه های مرتبط نظیر (هیئت علمی ،اساتید دانشگاه ،صلاحیت های حرفه ای)2540 کار پژوهشی پذیرفته نشد زیرا با عنوان پژوهش حاضر مرتبط نبودند. 175 کار پژوهشی باقیمانده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که پس از بررسی دقیق تر 42 کار مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در نمونه های آماری مورد بررسی 100 درصد مقالات در قالب علمی – پژوهشی می باشند. توزیع مقالات منتشر شده با مضمون شایستگی های اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های ایران نشان از رشد این پژوهش ها در ده سال اخیر دارد. 62و5 درصد مقالات که با مضمون شایستگی های اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های ایران بررسی شده توسط هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها نوشته شده است و 37.5 درصد هم توسط دانشجویان دانشگاه ها نوشته شده است. همچنین 62.5درصد پژوهش ها توسط پژوهشگران مرد و 37.5درصد توسط پژوهشگران زن انجام شده اند. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که مطالعات و پژوهش های انجام شده در شهرهای مختلف ایران انجام شده اند که بیشترین فراوانی در سطح ملی و استان تهران بوده است. در بررسی از نمونه انجام شده بیشترین نوع مقاله از روش کمی استفاده شده است که 58.3 درصد مقالات کار شده از نوع کمی می باشند. همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد بیشترین تحقیقات با عنوان شایستگی های کارآفرینانه اعضای هیئت علمی، شایستگی های اعضای هیأت علمی در تعاملات بین المللی، طراحی مدل شایستگی اعضای هیئت علمی، شناسایی و تبیبن شایستگی ها اعضای هیئت علمی،تاثیر هوش هیجانی اعضاء هیات علمی بر عملکرد آموزشی آنها با رویکرد شایستگی های فردی، شایستگی های تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی، ارزیابی شایستگی های اعضای هیئت علمی، ارائه مدل ارزیابی شایستگی های هیئت علمی، بررسی رابطه شایستگی ها و منزلت استادان زن با کیفیت تدریس می باشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to conduct a cross-sectional study on faculty competencies of Iranian universities in Iran. University, Professional Qualifications) 2540 research papers were rejected because they were not related to the title of the present 175 175 research papers were reviewed which after further examination 135 other research papers were rejected in the series with 16 other papers being rejected due to the content of the 24 papers reviewed. Statistical samples were analyzed in the samples 100% of the articles in scientific terms - their management. Distribution of published articles on the merits of faculty members of Iranian universities shows the growth of these researches in the last ten years. 62 and 5 percent of articles written by faculty members of Iranian universities surveyed by university faculty and 37.5 percent by university students. Also, 62.5% of the research was done by male researchers and 37.5% by female researchers. The results also show that studies have been carried out in different cities of Iran with the highest frequency at national level and Tehran province. : In the survey of the sample most of the articles used quantitative method, 58.3% of the articles were quantitative. The results also show that most research titled Entrepreneurial competencies of faculty members, competencies of faculty members Academic in International Interactions, Designing Faculty Competency Model, Identifying and Analyzing Faculty Members, The Impact of Faculty Members' Emotional Intelligence on their Educational Performance with Individual Competency Approach, Faculty Teaching Competencies, Faculty Assessments , Presentation of Faculty Competency Evaluation Model, Relationship Survey Allergy and status of women faculty are teaching quality.
