The purpose of this study was to examine Iranian scholars attendance in international conferences from to Scientometric method was used in this research The findings show an approximately increasing trend in the amount of conference papers Iran has the most collaboration with the United States Canada and the United Kingdom Development and scientific productivity are two effective factors in collaboration with other countries There is a significant correlation between scientific productivity of a country and its scientific collaboration The majority of papers presented in conferences were in the following subject areas respectively computer science electrical and electronics engineering and telecommunication In general engineering fields have the most papers in conference proceedings comparing to journals in which basic sciences has the most papers There is a significant correlation between conference papers and journal papers in engineering fields

The science frontiers Hall of Fame members are highly impacted scholars in Iran thus it is supposed that their scholarly product are useful for national and International audiences In order to investigate their scholarly communication and the usage rate of their products this is to study the early and late citation to declare the visibility of a research as well as delays in citation which forms scholarly communicationObjective The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of the scientific productions of the of Iranian Science and Culture Hall of Fame in Humanities Engineering among the international scientific community a comparative study of the two early and late citation phenomena in the scientific production and the study of their citation status to determine the citation behavior of specialists in these areasThis was an applied study with a descriptive approach using scientometric indices The study population included all written outputs by selected scientists from the beginning up to the end of in Web of Science WOS and Scopus Data were collected from these two databases and analyzed using Excel softwareThe length of Sleep is different in scientific fields and less in WOS The citation status is less in humanities There are some products which still slept which are percent in humanities and in As for early citation comparing to the whole production engineering is about times more than humanities

The economic growth and competitiveness of countries is strongly influenced by their national science and technology ST systems Hence national ST policymakers must make appropriate decisions to flourish national ST systems For this purpose an integrated view on the dimensions of national ST systems is much needed Due to the distribution of relevant data sources for national ST indicators and the complexity of national ST systems establishing an integrated view is challenging In this paper we propose a business intelligence BI model to monitor and analyze national ST indicators For this purpose a fivelayered architecture for monitoring national ST indicators a star schemabased national ST indicator data warehouse and a process for monitoring national ST indicators using a business intelligence approach are designed After developing a prototype system focused on the Iranian ST system the ST indicators of the Iranian National ST Roadmap having a look at Iran Vision are monitored Moreover the performance of the Iranian ST system is compared with selected countries to know the countrys position in the global ST arena Using the results from monitoring Iranian ST indicators by the developed system the status of the Iranian ST system is analyzed in the end

Nowadays by growing of web and different technologies we faced with information deluge that we cannot process or create value from them easily Most of this information can be interpreted by humans and is not machine readable Using of semantic technology which try to create machine readable information can be a solution in this regard Semantic web technologies by defining an ontology for sharing domain concepts help us to share information or knowledge in the organization wide KM use semantic web to share knowledge to right people at right time In this paper we review some applications of semantic web in information or knowledge management in different contexts and based on current literature we present a general framework for managing information by using semantic web technologies Finally we review current approaches for storing semantic web information in rational databases and compare them based on defined criteria in literature

This study aimed to determine the ereadiness of the Islamic World Science Citation Center to implement electronic customer relationship management and was conducted based on the components of a comprehensive model The current research is conducted with a descriptive approach The population included employees of ISC Database The instruments used in this study was a fivepoint Likert scale questionnaire which face and content validity was confirmed by a number of experts and its reliability was measured by Cronbachs alpha Also in order to analyze the data different statistical techniques such as frequency single group ttest and Friedman test were used Based on the findings ISC in terms of components of organizational human resources information technology and communications and external environment has on average higher than medium Therefore based on the total averages obtained ISC with an average of has an ereadiness higher than average The results indicate that ISC with high average of ereadiness has the possibility of implementing electronic customer relationship management
