For this purpose, at first, potential reasons for the lack of effective interaction and communication between professor and Ph.D. student in higher education were extracted and characterized through a relatively comprehensive research within studies and the literature related to the topic, and therefore, a framework for the development of relationships between professor and Ph.D. student was presented. The dimensions of this framework include: 1) Professional competences and interpersonal factors related to professor, 2) Professional competences and interpersonal factors related to the student and 3) Management and organizational factors. Finally, based on the proposed framework, strategies and tactics to improve and develop relationships between professor and Ph.D. student in higher education were presented. پژوهش حاضر با روش مروری  تحلیلی و با هدف ارائه چارچوبی برای توسعه روابط استاد  دانشجوی دکترا در تولید دانش در آموزش عالی کشور انجام شده است. به این منظور، ابتدا با مطالعه نسبتاً جامع پژوهشها و مقالات و متون مرتبط با موضوع، دلایل بالقوه ضعف در ارتباط و تعامل اثربخش استاد  دانشجوی دکترا در آموزش عالی کشور استخراج و توصیف و تبیین گردید و سپس بر پایه آن، چارچوبی برای توسعه روابط استاد  دانشجوی دکترا ارائه شد. ابعاد این چارچوب عبارتاند از: 1 ( صلاحیتهای حرفهای و عوامل بین فردیِ مربوط به استاد، 2 ( صلاحیتهای حرفهای و عوامل بین فردیِ مربوط به دانشجو و 3( عوامل مدیریتی و سازمانی. در پایان، بر مبنای چارچوب ارائه شده، راهکارهایی برای بهبود و توسعه روابط استاد  دانشجوی دکترا در آموزش عالی کشور ارائه شد. https://rahyaft.nrisp.ac.ir/article_13600_035118de43c3ca08e0b0bd2f147ccd5c.pdf
