Special issue of education and learning developments in Iranian universities Education is the first and most important function of the university institution; Providing expert human resources who have the ability to work and be effective in various industrial, social, economic and cultural fields requires the efficiency of the higher education system in its various aspects, from the level of macro policy making, educational planning in the Ministry of Science to curriculum planning. and teaching planning in the university. During the last decade, due to two main trends, firstly, the essential change of the needs of the market and society, and the secondly, the introduction of new technologies, especially due to information technology and cognitive technology, in the teaching-learning process, the nature and process of education quickly and deeply. is affected; For this reason, the future of education, especially higher education, is very different from the process that has been followed so far. The occurrence of unexpected events, such as the experience of the Covid-19 epidemic, not only changes the path and processes of education, but also affects the basics of education and learning. For this reason, the fields discussed in this special report include the following (and not limited to): 1. Changes in the labor market and its impact on university educational programs; 2. Changes in teaching-learning processes affected by technological developments; 3. Representation/redefinition of learning schools in the development process of technological education; 4. Alignment of general education and higher education in Iran; 5. The evolution of governance in higher education in Iran; 6. Transformation in learning goals and processes; 7. Reviewing developments in the teaching and learning ecosystem; 8. Reviewing international experiences in facing education/learning developments; 9. Recognizing the driving forces affecting the developments in the field of education and learning; 10. Scenario (program) processing in the field of education/learning in the time horizon of 1414; Dear researchers, thinkers and experts are invited to submit their manuscripts in any of the above fields to the Quarterly based on "Qalamru Faslnameh". How to submit a manuscript 1. Articles must be registered in the quarterly system through the address https://rahyaft.nrisp.ac.ir. Reminder: In case of problems in manuscript registration, the authors can send their writings to the journal via e-mail rahyaft@nrisp.ac.ir. 2. The format of the manuscripts is according to the "Pattern of writing an article in Rihiaft Quarterly". 3. The deadline for sending the manuscripts is 25/05/1403 and the results of the first round of judging the manuscripts will be determined within a maximum period of 40 days. Each article is judged by at least two referees in an "anonymous" way. 4. The magazine accepts research, review, promotional and case study articles. 5. The language of the quarterly is Farsi, but the writings of non-Iranian experts in English are also welcome for the special issue. 6. Review of manuscripts is free for authors and publication of articles is free for readers.
