Simultaneously with the beginning of the 15th solar century, Iran enters a new era, which is led by science and its driving energy is wisdom and thinking.For this reason, Rehiyaft Quarterly is trying to compile and publish a collection of articles focused on the areas needed for the country's scientific progress by publishing special issues. Statistics show that more than eighty percent of the student population in Iran are studying by paying tuition fees;At the same time, despite the tremendous increase in the number of higher education institutions in the last four decades, there is still the highest demand for admission to a few special universities in Tehran and some major centers of the province, and that too for special fields, for this reason, even though the number of seatsThere are more students than the number of candidates to enter the university, but the entrance exam giant is still paying the price for entering the university.For this reason, the fields discussed in this special issue include the following (and not limited to): 1. Historical review of university entrance exams in Iran; 2. Necessary and sufficient conditions for entering the university in various fields; 3. Centralized exam versus decentralized university entrance exam; 4. Comparative experience of university entrance exams in countries around the world; 5. National Education Evaluation Organization: the institution that organizes the entrance exam or the institution that guarantees the quality of university education; 6. Education Evaluation Organization or National Education Evaluation Organization?Examining the opportunities and threats of abstracting the country's education assessment organization from the Ministry of Education; 7. The mechanism of external monitoring of the quality of university entrance exams in the country; 8. Policy-making in the entrance exam: the role of the Ministry of Ataf, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Islamic Council Dear researchers, thinkers and experts are invited to send their manuscripts in any of the above fields to the Quarterly based on "Qalamru Faslnameh". How to submit a manuscript 1. Articles must be registered in the quarterly system through https://rahyaft.nrisp.ac.ir. Reminder: In case of problems in the registration of the manuscript, the authors can send their writings to the journal via e-mail rahyaft@nrisp.ac.ir. 2. The format of the manuscripts is according to the "Pattern of writing articles in Rihiaft Quarterly". 3. The deadline for sending the manuscripts is until 30th of Azar 1403, and the results of the first round of judging the manuscripts will be determined within a maximum period of 40 days.Each article is judged by at least two referees and in the form of "both anonymous". 4. The magazine accepts research, review, promotional and case study articles. 5. The language of the quarterly is Farsi, but for the special issue, the writings of non-Iranian experts in English are also welcome. 6. Review of manuscripts is free for authors and publication of articles is free for readers.
