Tech Mining: A Powerful Technique in Technological Innovation:The main objective of this study is to introduce tech-mining as a powerful means for between-organizations competition to innovate and supporting the organizations’ decision-making in the field of technology. It is worth to study this domain due to the above description and review the other countries’ plans for large investments in technological innovation and creating new values through innovation. According to the library studies and reviewing articles and books, tech-mining can be applied to extract knowledge from documented interactions among active members in the domain of technology, and by using economical information it is possible to determine the probable emerging technologies. Therefore, by reaching this end it will become possible to lessen the research expenses and risks
