Today, human resource management1 experiences a lot of pressure to change. Revolutions in economy, globalization, internal diversity and technology have created new needs for the organization. These new requirements for the organization are, in some respects, completely creative and lead to the advancement of the organization and sometimes it can be harmful and destructive. Most of these challenges provide many opportunities for human resources and organization. The purpose of this article is to examine some of the challenges and opportunities that affect the future of HRM. With international surveys, it was found that the factor of knowledge-based economy is more glowing in this area which in this paper, it was tried to analyze this issue descriptively and finally, suggestions for effective use of this conditions to be presented.
