مفهوم و پیشران های مرجعیت علمی در گفتمان تمدنی امام خامنه ای

چکیده

طرح گفتمان تمدنی و ملزومات آن از جمله پیشرفت در علم و فنّاوری با هدف کسب مرجعیت علمی ازسوی مقام معظم رهبری (مدّ ظله العالی) موجب شد تا حرکت به‌سوی تحقق این امر در کانون توجه قرار گیرد. بنا به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مفهوم و پیشران‌های مرجعیت علمی در گفتمان تمدنی مقام معظم رهبری (مدّ ظله العالی) انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و داده‌بنیاد است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از دو روش تحلیل محتوا و تحلیل مضمون استفاده و 101 مضمون پایه، 24 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و10 مضمون فراگیر استخراج شد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مفهوم مرجعیت علمی در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدّ ظله العالی)، خط‌شکنی علمی، عبور از مرزهای دانش کنونی جهان، پیشتازی در تولید علوم وکشفیات جدید و به‌عبارت‌دیگر، برتری و جریان‌سازی علمی مبتنی بر معنویت، عدالت، اخلاق و ارزش‌های اسلامی با هدف تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی است. براساس یافته‌ها، پیشران‌های مرجعیت علمی در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدّ ظله العالی) عبارت‌اند از: اسلام به‌عنوان مشوق علم، خودکفایی علمی و نفی وابستگی، علم اخلاق‌مدار و عدالت‌محور، تلاش برای تحقق چشم‌انداز علمی، جهاد علمی، تلاش برای کسب مرجعیت علمی در جهان، علم نافع، خلاقیت و نوآوری علمی، تلاش برای نیل به چشم‌انداز علمی، اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، یادگیری از تجارب دیگران توأم با تولید علم. از بین این پیشران‌ها، جهاد علمی بیشترین فراوانی را دارد. براساس نتایج تحقیق از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای، علم نافع و توأم با اخلاق و معنویت، زیربنای تمدن نوین اسلامی است. ایشان ضمن تأکید بر گفتمان‌سازی تولید علم، بر جنبش علمی و نرم‌افزاری، تولید علم و فنّاوری جهادگونه، خلاقیت، نوآوری و نواندیشی علمی به‌مثابة موتور پیشران علمی کشور در عبور از مرزهای دانش تأکید دارند. مقام معظم رهبری (مدّ ظله العالی) براساس آموزه‌های مکتبی، بهره‌گیری از تجارب دیگران را تأیید، ولی وابستگی و تقلید کورکورانه از مبانی فلسفی و اخلاق غربی، علمِ ترجمه‌اىِ محض و اکتفا به مصرف‌گرایی صرف در فراگیری علم را مردود دانسته، بر تولید علمی، مجاهدت در مسیر دانش‌افزایی،آرمان‌گرایی در علم، خط‌شکنی علمی و شکستن مرزهای دانش کنونی دنیا تأکید می‌کنند. ایشان برای تحقق مرجعیت علمی، بر انتقال فنّاوری، استفاده از ظرفیت‌های علمی داخل و خارج کشور، تبدیل ایران به مرکز ثبت مقالات علمی، توسعه و تقویت شبکه‌های ارتباطات ملی و فراملی میان دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز علمی، مجاهدت علمی، تولید و بومی‌سازی علم، خلاقیت و نوآوری علمی، اقتصاد و تولید دانش‌بنیان تأکید دارند.

Abstract
The plan of civilized discourse and its requirements, including progress in science and technology, with the aim of obtaining scientific authority from Imam Khamenei, caused the movement towards the realization of this matter to be in the center of attention. According to the importance of the topic, this research was conducted with the aim of explaining the concept and the principles of scientific authority in the civilizational discourse of Imam Khamenei. The research is qualitative and data-based. To analyze the data, two methods of content analysis and theme analysis were used and 101 basic themes, 24 organizing themes and 10 overarching themes were extracted. Based on the findings of the research, the concept of scientific authority in the statements of Imam Khamenei, breaking the scientific line, crossing the borders of the current knowledge of the world, leading in the production of new sciences and discoveries, in other words, leadership, superiority and streamlining of science based on spirituality, justice, ethics And Islamic values are aimed at realizing the new Islamic civilization. Also, based on the results of the research, the drivers of scientific authority in Imam Khamenei's statements are: Islam as an incentive for science; Scientific self-sufficiency and negation of dependence; Ethics-oriented and justice-oriented science; Trying to realize the scientific vision; scientific jihad; Trying to gain scientific authority in the world; useful knowledge; creativity and scientific innovation; Trying to achieve a scientific perspective, a knowledge-based economy; Learning from the experiences of others combined with the production of science. According to the results of the research, among these drivers, scientific jihad is the most frequent.The results of this research show that from Imam Khamenei's point of view, useful science combined with ethics and spirituality is the foundation of modern Islamic civilization and is considered one of its main features and components. From the point of view of the majority, Islam is the biggest promoter of science, and Islamic civilization and Muslims were the flag bearers of science and knowledge and scientific progress in the world for many centuries.
