Designing a conceptual model of organizational entrepreneurship in the field of non-governmental higher education )Case study: Fatemiyeh Shiraz Higher Education Institute(

Abstract
The organizational entrepreneurship approach, as a strategy for creating economic and meta-economic values, in the field of non-governmental higher education in Iran is severely neglected from a theoretical and practical point of view. The purpose of this article is to design a paradigm model of organizational entrepreneurship in the field of non-governmental higher education in Iran. For this purpose, Fatemiyeh Shiraz Non-Governmental Institute of Higher Education has been selected as a case study and analyzed based on the grounded theory strategy. Data was collected through 80 hours of open interviews with 17 key informants, review of documents, and participatory observation of the researcher. Thus, by coding in three stages of open, axial and selective coding, 39 categories in the form of 14 dimensions and 6 components of the grounded theory strategy were identified. Findings show that "discovering and creating opportunities in the field of non-governmental higher education missions" is the main category of organizational entrepreneurship and "intelligent exploitation of opportunities and value creation" as a consequence of organizational entrepreneurship in the field of non-governmental higher education in Iran. Accordingly, attention to the categories identified in this study by senior managers of non-governmental higher education institutions as well as policy makers and major decision makers in this field, in order to form and promote organizational entrepreneurship in this institutions is recommended.
